Pear Cider Float

1 bottle of your favorite pear cider
Vanilla bean ice cream


In a large pint sized glass, fill it about half full of the cider. now scoop about 3 round scoops of ice cream into the glass. watch out for fizz! once you've got enough ice cream, top it off with the rest (or as much as will fit) of the cider. now grab a spoon and a straw and enjoy!

your personal preference with the cider may vary. i've found that the sweeter ciders taste better. if there is too much alcohol taste, the flavor of the pear doesn't come through. also try raspberry cider!
